Twice-Baked Potatoes

- 1 kg Potato Guru thin-skinned potatoes
- ½ cup milk
- 80 g butter
- 250 g grated cheese
- Salt, pepper
- 6 slices of bacon
- 2 green onions, finely chopped

- Bake the potatoes in the oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees or until tender.
