Colcannon

- 2 kg Potato Guru thin-skinned potatoes, diced
- Half a head of cabbage, shredded
- 1 large onion, sliced into strips
- Half a cup of milk
- 50 g melted butter
- Salt, pepper
Εκτέλεση
- Boil the potatoes for about 15–20 minutes.
- Sauté the cabbage and onion in a skillet over medium heat for 15–20 minutes, or until they soften and become slightly translucent.
- Transfer the potatoes to a bowl and mash them with the milk until they become a puree.
- Mix in the onion and cabbage.
- Serve the mixture in a deep dish or baking pan, make a well in the center, and add the melted butter.
