  • 2 kg Potato Guru thin-skinned potatoes, diced
  • Half a head of cabbage, shredded
  • 1 large onion, sliced into strips
  • Half a cup of milk
  • 50 g melted butter
  • Salt, pepper

  1. Boil the potatoes for about 15–20 minutes.
  2. Sauté the cabbage and onion in a skillet over medium heat for 15–20 minutes, or until they soften and become slightly translucent.
  3. Transfer the potatoes to a bowl and mash them with the milk until they become a puree.
  4. Mix in the onion and cabbage.
  5. Serve the mixture in a deep dish or baking pan, make a well in the center, and add the melted butter.
